I am is looking for a simple solution for joining the values of two “Multiselect field” into third “Multiselect field” and keeping the list updated if values in initial fields change.
And can you please advise how to manage the list of values of “Multiselect field”, - for example create conditional lists etc.

+2I’m pretty sure that’s not possible. The options in a Multiple select field can only be given manually. The closest you could come is to link a field to another record in another table, where you concatenated the two Multiple select fields, and enable “Allow linking to multiple records”.
