Very strange that Airtable let you save that formula, because it is incomplete.
You’re missing another closing parenthesis at the very end of your formula.

Hi Scott - yes , that confused me as well. I tried several variations of parenthesis and surely even one with the additional one you mentioned without success but now, after an hour rest it works fine with the added parenthesis - thanks for your help. ( I see in my mails now a few notification that something went wrong with an automation update, maybe that was related...)

Hi Scott, I try to set up a <signed PDf> as per your podcast but when creating the form in fillout, it does not show the airtable fields at all. it is linked to the airtable.

Below is the link to Fillout’s instructions on this — hopefully this will help! There is a video at the top, but if you scroll past the video, there is a full page of step-by-step instructions:

Hi Scott, thank you for the link, will look into that. I have one more if you don't mind… I try to create a form < invoice>, populated with data from a table which I would send out via an automation. The form allows me to use some but not all of the tables fields. All fields in the table are visible and not restricted in any way so Iam stuck. The desired fields are calculations - I assumed that those can not be used but one of the calculated fields is available!  It drives me mad ;-))

You can”t add calculated fields to Airtable’s forms, but you can do this with Fillout.
To add calculated fields to your Fillout form, just add any text element onto your form and type the @ symbol. Then, you will get a whole bunch of additional options of what you can display on your form, including calculated fields.
You can pull any field you want (including calculated fields) from a linked record’s linked table, or you can create your own basic calculations in Fillout, or you can pull any calculated fields from an Airtable record that you are updating in Fillout, or you can pull calculated fields from any of these 4 prefill methods.
If you have more Fillout questions, I would chat with their support team by clicking on their chat bubble in the lower right corner of the screen. They are very responsive to all messages!
Hope this helps!
