Are Stacked Bar Charts not possible in Interfaces?

How do I configure Stacked Bar charts? I can’t seem to find any option in the Chart properties in the Interface.

They are only possible when you have some groups., then you can select grouping by:

Yes like a single select field.

you can use these to create a stacked bar chart as in the picture.

@Hidro01 is this still a valid solution? I can't seem to figure out how to group data as you've described here, can you provide more detail?
