Does anyone know why I can’t simply download a file from my interface? I have an audio file and can’t locate a button to download the file to my local device. It feels like this should be simple - am I missing something?

+2+2Well, I found out something but ran into another issue in the process… I can enable downloading if I select this as the field type within the expanded record.
Though, I can’t download on the main interface view, only when expanded it seems - any thoughts on this?

I’ve been playing around with interfaces, and it seems that you are correct. It seems that unless you select the first style for the attachment, you would need to actually click on the attachment to see the “download” button.
If this is not good enough, you can always submit this as a feature request using this form!

Yeah this is consistent with the functionality in the data view I’m afraid, i.e. we can’t download unless we open the record details
