Collaborator Can't Change Status from Mobile App

Hi,


I shared an interface with a collaborator, and he used to be able to change the status of tasks from the mobile app.


Now, he can’t change the status only from the mobile app, even though he has the Creator role. It still works fine on desktop.

anyone has an idea why is this happening?

I’m using the gallery layout.

I reached out to them, and they just replied saying they will investigate the issue.
I thought maybe someone else has faced the same issue and knows what’s going on.

It seems like a bug to me.

I’m experiencing the same issue with my editor-level users. They are no longer able to edit any fields on their mobile app. Happened with the latest iOS update.

Now he can change the fields, but he cant upload images.

@eranggg Yes my users still can’t edit any fields. I emailed Airtable yesterday and they confirmed it’s a bug and they are investigating it.

Anyone know if this is still an outstanding issue? At times, the fields are editable and, other times, view only. Same fields, no changes to the interface or settings.
