@RonM

Unfortunately, Airtable does not offer the ability to include your company logo on any interface pages — except for the top of an overview page or the top of a form, but those won’t work for your needs.

Even Airtable’s AI assistant Omni is unable to include your company logo on an interface page.

All images are required to be uploaded into a particular record’s attachment field, which is not what you’re looking for.

So in order for you to get a printed document with your company logo on it, you would be required to turn to external apps to do that for you.

Here are a few popular apps for automatically generating documents from Airtable:

  1. DocsAutomator — creates Google Docs documents or PDF files.
  2. Typeflow — creates PDF files.
  3. DocuMint — creates PDF files. Can be quite challenging to setup.
  4. Make’s integrations — which can be integrated with any document-creation app or PDF-creation app of your choosing, such as CraftMyPDF. You can even integrate something as simple as custom Microsoft Word documents. If you’ve never used Make before, I’ve assembled a bunch of Make training resources in this thread. For example, here is one way that you can instantly trigger a Make automation from Airtable.
  5. Fillout’s advanced forms for Airtable — Fillout lets you automatically generate custom PDF files from a form submission. I show off this feature on this Airtable podcast episode: Using Fillout to create an eSignature approval process with PDF file creation.

Hope this helps!

@ScottWorld

  This is what I was expecting for a response. I tried may ways to do it with failure. Figured I’d give the Community a shout. Surprised this is not a feature. Thank You for the including your website info, I’ll add you to my contacts if I need future assistance.

You’re welcome! And yes, it is a very strange omission that we can’t add images to interface pages. You may want to submit this as a feature request on their product feedback form here.
