Copy paste date Interface

Hello,

It is annoying to be unable to copy past informations when we are in Interface. As example, I have a list of records that I would like to copy from Airtable into a mail… It is not possible unless I leave interface to go to Data.
@airtable, Please, make it act normally. If you want to add protection, make it a choice.

This behavior make some collaboration more complicated.

Is this a publicly shared interface or a regular interface?
Is this a List interface, or a grid interface? (for a more spreadsheet like experience, you will might want to test using a Grid view on your interface).

As ​@Mike_AutomaticN mentioned, a Grid view on an interface page will allow for copy/pasting cells like a spreadsheet. A list view is formatted in a specific way to increase legibility instead of focusing on cells.

It can be a bit confusing to implement a Grid interface page though, as you need to make a list page and then change the visualization from list to grid (there is no preset Grid Interface page, and the Blank template has all kinds of hoops to jump through). Here’s a screenshot
