Tell me, please, is it possible to show one of the fields of the table in the Form, under the condition that it links with another field?
I.e. if the first field is an organization, then the second field allows you to choose only from the employees of this organization?
Making separate Grids for each organization, as I see it, is not a very interesting option....

If we're talking about Airtable forms, no, that isn't possible I'm afraid.  You'll need to use third party apps like On2Air Forms or MiniExtensions
