Devise format Interface

Hm, I’m not too sure what you’re asking, sorry.  Assuming you’re asking about why the Number elements all have different formats, I was able to recreate what you had: 

And the reason they had different formats boiled down to:

1. Being a number field and thus not having the currency symbol
2. Having different thousand separators set up / having it turned off: 

   

    

Interface Number elements take the formatting of the field that they’re displaying, and I set them up in this base in case that’s helpful
