Difference in the sum of the records in the Data base and what is visualized in the Interface

Hi community,

Has anyone encountered the following issue and what may be causing it. I have a record - Unique prospects contacted in my database. The sum of all entries in this column is correct showing 18516

In the designated Interface I have created a Number to illustrate it. I have now noticed this number is showing an incorrect value

I have not set any filters or exclusions. I even deleted the original Number and defined it from scratch but the output is the same. Has anyone encountered an issue as such and what did they find as a resolution. Is it something I am doing wrong

Hey @MilaIvanova!

Are you sure that the GROUP within the interface containing the Number element does not have a filter?
Do remember that you can set filters at a Group level and at an Element level.
