Different record detail layouts across pages within the same Interface

I'm new to interfaces, so I'm only starting to understand them. I have recently created a list layout Interface with multiple pages within this Interface. When updating the record detail layout on one of the pages, this layout is then updated across all pages.

Can you have different detail layouts across pages of same Interface or do you have to create new Interfaces?

Any help would be appreciated 😁
