Very basic question: Some of the pages automatically display their title at the top and I cannot edit or remove it. Looks like this:

Interface name / Page name

However, some of my pages don't display carry this title and I need to add it manually.

For the sake of consistency, I would like all pages to show the title. Is that possible, and how?
