Wow that is true, it really does seem as the Airtable affiliate program in the google search results.
Have you tried embeding the Airtable form into your own website using the iframe embedding? This would look nicer to have and would avoind it to show in the google results as an Airtable link (with Airtable logo and description).
But if I embed, wont it still exist as this standalone page?
If you embed the Airtable form into your web page, the url will be the one you define, for example: https://ww.reflection.app/affiliate-partner/submit
When opening that page, the Airtable form will load, with Airtable look and feel, but the web page will show with your SEO information in the Google search results.
@mtrebinonixon thanks, i get that. but in order to embed in my own site wont I still need to keep the form published and available? (screenshot https://cln.sh/2nxrzsXn) and in that case i dont think it will affect the people that are searching “airtable affiliate” and finding this published form. our form embeded on our site will still work but i dont see how it would resolve our issue of people finding this published form and filling it out by mistake...please let me know if i am misunderstanding. thanks!
@daverad that is both interesting and funny
.
If the embedding does not get this solved (which might be the case), you might want to migrate your form to a different platform (e.g. Fillout), and embed the Fillout form on your site. That might get the issue solved faster for you -and I don’t think it will show up for Fillout Affiliate google search.
Just thinking out loud.

I think you are correct @daverad, even though you embed the form into your own URL, which shows correctly in Google, the form will still have it’s own Airtable url since it will still be published with full visibility.
To start off I would suggest to change the form’s title. In Google search it shows as “Apply to Affiliate Program”, which I believe was the original title right? But you have already changed that and it is still showing with it’s past title in Google results.
You could duplicate the form with the current title that includes “Reflection.app” so that it is clearer to users. And then delete the old form.
