Yeah I couldn’t find a way to hide it either, ended up creating a formula field to just display it or a text field that an automation pasted data into if it needed to be editable

As mentioned above, there seems to be no way to hide that. Me personally, I like to see which of my fields are AI fields. Having said that, I totally get your point when sharing interfaces with 3rd parties.
