Trying to find a workaround for my client to be able to find and add the phone number of a Customer when they create a new Activities entry.

I have already asked about pre-populating the Phone field when they select the Customer from the Contact element in the Activities form, and understand that this the form is pre-submitted so it can't do the auto-populate.

Activities (every time they interact with a Customer they w

 

ant to document it - for billable reasons)

Customer (All Customers get a base entry in this table, and what type of customer are they)

I futzed around but ended up not being able to create the idea in the graphic below

 

 

 

 

 

It really seems like I may have to go back to doing website snippets to make this work.
