I’m not at my computer right now to test this, but here are some ideas off the top of my head:
- Does the prefilled linked record match the filter criteria? If not, that might be the problem.
- What happens if you try to prefill the record based on its Record ID instead of its primary field value? Does that work?
- You may want to try doing this in Fillout’s Airtable forms, which is 100% free and is much more powerful than Airtable’s native forms. (Fillout even lets you directly update an existing record through a form without using prefills nor automations.)
Hope this helps!

Hey @Nico Larreta,
As mentioned @ScottWorld above, I would highly suggest using Fillout!

Try using the old Form view instead, that one prefills as expected even when you’ve got filters set up on your linked field
You could also try using an automation to help you manually link it instead, and so instead prefilling a linked field, you just prefill a text field with the record ID of the record you want to link to, and then use an automation to automatically paste that record ID into the linked field. Clunky, but you’ll be able to use the Interface Form you’ve already created!
