How can I move an interface from one base to another

Unfortunately there is no way to duplicate an interface from one base into a different base! Duplicate page will only work for duplicating the page within the same base (and choosing within which Interface to create it).
If helpful, you are looking at a Timeline page layout in case you want to create that from scratch on your own base.
