Hi team ~

I've created a tracker in grid view to track graphics workflow at our company.
I'm wondering if there is a way that I can share the base and have editable cells within (mainly dropdowns, similar to the function in form view) so those without a licence can edit/update? We don't have a huge budget for a licence so can't afford to have everyone as editors. My only other thought is to create a generic login for our staff to use as editors and update as needed.

Happy to take on any suggestions!

Thanks!

I'm afraid there is no way to share an Interface view without an account

You could potentially share a gird view with forms to allow people to update records?

@alisedolly

Only licensed Airtable users can edit your Airtable data.

You can always use an external portal tool like Noloco to do this.

I give a step-by-step tutorial of Noloco on yesterday’s episode of the BuiltOnAir podcast.

If you have a budget for your project and you’d like to hire an expert Airtable consultant to help you with any of this, please feel free to contact me through my website: Airtable consulting — ScottWorld
