I’m trying to upload an image to a Form but both in the Logo and Cover Image the upload fails. I’ve tried different files but get the same result.
Thanks
Donald

Do you get an error message? Maybe the image is too large? You’re also on a paid plan, correct? Images can’t be uploaded on free plans.

Yes on the paid plan. Message was “upload failed
”
Very weird. You should definitely open a support ticket with support@airtable.com about this.
You may also want to try creating a brand new form in Airtable and see if the same problem exists on your new form.
Also, while you’re waiting for support to respond, you may want to rebuild your form for free with Fillout’s advanced forms for Airtable, which lets you add an unlimited number of images to your form… and even lets you customize the style and create a theme for your form, too.
Fillout is 100% free, and it also offers hundreds of other features that Airtable’s native forms don’t offer, including the ability to update Airtable records using a form, create custom PDF files from a form submission, accept payments on forms, pre-fetch dynamic data from an Airtable record, display Airtable lookup fields on forms, create new linked records on a form, add a login page to your form, perform math or other live calculations on your forms, collect signatures on a form, create multi-page forms with conditional paths, connect a single form to dozens of external apps simultaneously, add CAPTCHAs to your form, and much more.
I show how to use a few of the advanced features of Fillout on these 2 Airtable podcast episodes:
Hope this helps!

As a datapoint, I just tried to upload a cover and logo image and it worked fine
If you could upload the image somewhere like Google Drive and provide a link I’d love to try to replicate the error!
I’ve sent a link to the file in your inbox.
Thank you for your time.
Donald
Got it! Hm yeah, I can upload that file fine into a form
Long shot, could you try another browser / computer? If that doesn’t work, could you try creating another base and form and uploading it there?
Thank you got it to work using a different browser.
