I need to be able to interface general information, name, email address, title, phone number, to external clients so that they can edit the data and the changes are also automatically made on our end, on our base.

Your choices are :

1: Prefilled forms - free, fiddly to set up, no additional software required

2: using a portal that sits on top of airtable (like stacker or softr) - both great tools, add a level of expense to your stack

3: mini extensions - maybe a half way between these two above

4: Buying all the people you want to edit the data airtable licenses

5: waiting ... as interfaces are for users on your workspace only right now.

Hope that helps

As a new executive assistant, at a new company, to be tasked with trying to figure this out, I was happy to see number 5, because I spend that past two days trying to figure it out. Thank you!

Heyya - which mini extensions do you think would do the job of making it possible to share airtable data with external stakeholders? Page Designer, maybe?
