Interface keeps Crashing

We’ve never had this issue before, but the Interface we use for our sales team keeps crashing.  This recently started happening since Monday, April 20th.  It seems to be connected to the total number of operations in the report, but my question is why is this an issue now and not before yesterday?

I reckon you may want to open a support ticket with Airtable about this one: support@airtable.com

I’ve just requested access via the link you provided to check it out and can help you confirm if it happens on another computer / browser, but if you’ve already internally determined that multiple computers / browsers have the same crashing thing then there’s not much point approving my access I think

If I were you, I’d try:

  1. Duplicate the base, access the Interface
  2. If it still crashes, remove the data that was added since Monday April 20
  3. If it still crashes, remove more data and keep trying until it stops crashing

With the goal being to attempt to identify a pattern / record / data that’s causing the crash and thus fix it from there
