Interfaces with mobile app constantly signs out

HI everyone,

I have an interface setup for my iPhone and iPad. If I open the interface do some work and leave it open to come back to. When I do come back to it, say 5mins later, the app will reset and request I sign back in. I’m on an iPhone 14 and iOS is up to date. I’ve deleted the Airtable app and reinstalled.

Is this common issue? Did I miss something on the Interface setup? Should I access the Interface differently?

Another user reported something similar here, so I reckon this is just a current bug.  They got in contact with Airtable Support and were given this to try:

Currently, the suggested workaround is to log out, force-quit the app, and log back in again, which is expected to minimize the frequency of logouts (since you will be starting use with a fresh session).

Thanks Adam. I appreciate the assist. Unfortunately, it doesn’t make it better. Hopefully they can get it worked out soon.
