Hi All,

we keep getting the error message “Invalid permissions” on the Airtable app on Android phones when trying to view our Interfaces. Everything worked just fine for months. The users on the phones do have access to the Interfaces, as per our settings.

Weirdly, the error can be circumvented when accessing the same Interface through a direct link that we click from outside the Airtable app. 

We re-started the phone, cleared the cache, uninstalled&installed the app. None of those helped.

Has anyone experienced this before and is there a recommended solution?

 

 

We had this issue as well and reinstalling fixed it; if that isn’t working for you I’d suggest opening a ticket with Support because it is probably a bug.
