Is it possible to add RECORD also from the app on the cell phone?

When I create a LIST in INTERFACE and I mark the options "Edit records inline" and "Add/delete records inline" I can add RECORDS from the computer.

But when I log into the app from my cell phone, I can't add a RECORD.

If you turn on "Add records through a form" you're able to add records via clicking the "+" icon at the bottom of the screen on the iOS app
