Issues with "Number" field when building a form with the new Interface

Hi

We are trying to build a form with the new Interface. 

We noticed an issue when adding a new Number field from the interface. The field will eventually be created in the base, but once we click on "Done" or Published, this is what will pop up in the form. 

The fields initially created in the Base will eventually disappear too, which is really annoying. 

Any ideas about what the potential issue might be?
