During the keynote, the speaker showed an interface that had a interactive map with a list of records shown along side it.

 

Is this a new feature or an existing one?

 

How do I use it?

That is Airtable’s Map extension. Extensions are only available for the data layer at the moment, but later this year, extensions will be available for interfaces as well.
