I would like to know if anyone else has experienced editor mode not saving your work. I have two interfaces I am testing out. One is on my personal account, and the other interface is accessed from my work account. Unfortunately, both are having the same problem. In published mode, you can see everything perfectly and all of the functions I’ve added. However, in editor mode some of the work has not been saved. This has happened on both interfaces from my personal and work account. I used the overview template and added another interface page to connect to a list. The bad thing is that when I go to edit the interface it has reset the main page completely causing me to lose the progress on my work. I really implemented a lot of features and some new features. I am new to Air Table, so it takes a long time to build. It seems that the work that is not saving is only specific to page view, which is known as the main page in list view. I really like how list view looks but in edit mode my fields were drastically altered. It has been extremely exhausting having to rebuild the interface twice. I have taken a break, as I don’t want to add those features again just to have them not save. I suppose I could try to rebuild it, but I really want my work that I had completed back. I reached out to the Air Table help team, and they initially said it may be due to access restriction. However, I am the owner of my personal account (and no one has access to it but me) and I am a creator on the work account. I am still working with this person to help me, but I was wondering if the community has experienced this. Also, any tips on how I can back up my work including the layout of how things were, would extremely help!
For more details:
- I used overview template which connected to a list view.
- In list view, I included tabs which were added from the elements section on the edit page view.
- Fields that were present on the main page are missing. I had around six fields viewing, but now it’s only showing 4 fields. To add, there are fields showing such as an attachment which I had marked for this to be hidden on the main page.
- I used the new form feature inside of the interface.
- While creating the build, I was able to go back and forth between editor mode and publisher mode without losing work. I only lost the work after several hours went by, and when I came back, I could only see my saved work in published mode.
- In the editor mode, the only section that is affected is the main page. My form view and record view kept my fields there. Only page view is resetting and removing the fields, elements, conditions, and other functions I have added.
