Restrict viewing of one of many pages in an Interface- Not user specific

I have an Interface with multiple pages.  The data comes from Tables that sync with Jira JQLS per page.

I want to be able to invite someone to ONE Page in the Interface but restrict access to the rest of the pages.  How do I do that when the data is not user specific?

    You would need to create another interface for that. All pages within the same interface receive the same permissions.
