Hi,
I’m trying to share a developped interface with other users in my organization, they receive the link by email by they are invited to login.
For information i’m in the Pro panel with only one user.
Can someone help me please.

Welcome to the Airtable community!

It currently is not possible to share an interface with an external user. Sharing an interface currently requires also sharing access to the entire base.

Hi @kuovonne !

Does this have an update in 06/23? Is it possible to share an interface with external users? Or share an interface but not the base?

Thanks!
DB

We've upgraded to Business and thought we could create users (with external email) - yes we can.

We created a group specifically for read only of interfaces - fine.

We added in our company test user to this group - no issues.

We TRIED to add our external test user to the group - Computer says "No."

I'm not up for creating internal email addresses just so they can view an interface in grid view - it is a shift roster so record by record is no go.
