Good morning,

we get this error since an hour on our interface designer extension ‘Sorry, an error occurred’.

No further information.

Any ideas, what we can do?

Thanks for your help.

Hey @NLR_SPA_Yukon,

Did it stop working all of a sudden?

If the error persists you might want to reach out to support@airtable.com.

Further investigations revealed that it might be a problem with our Mac, which had almost no storage left. After deleting/moving some files, it seems like working again.

If this was just a coincidence or the solution—who knows.

Hello @NLR_SPA_Yukon,
This error is likely due to a backend or deployment issue. Try clearing cache, checking browser console for clues, and reviewing recent updates or logs. If the extension uses external APIs, verify their availability. Restarting the service or rolling back recent changes may help isolate the cause.

Best Regards,
Donna Taylor

Glad to hear that @NLR_SPA_Yukon!

In case you follow my suggestion above for any other reason at some point in time, I forgot to mention that usually first answer from support seems to be AI generated. So do make sure to ask for a human answered on your email! This will probably save you some time on the back and forth.
