Syncing record detail pages between interfaces

I would like to sync a record interface between two interfaces if possible. I have just spent ages nailing down my interface only to not be able to use it on a separate interface. I have found a post from 2 years ago referring to the same issue but wondered if there was a solution around yet?

 

For context i have a project editor view and have managed to sync this to a separate project viewer interface no issue, but i am currently making a task calendar where i want to be able to open the linked project in record view but in the same layout. Is it a case of having to replicate?

 

Its the first limitation ive come across so far! Fingers crossed

    Yeah, unfortunately record detail pages aren't shared across interfaces 😏 Each has its own layout, so there's no native way to sync them.

    In practice it does mean replicating, but it helps to treat one as your “source” and copy from that whenever you need to make changes, rather than editing both independently. Keeps things consistent when you're still iterating on the design.
