I read about your project and I think is very interesting, I´ve built similar processes inside airtable for several different companies (construction, schools, real estate).

I´ve just read the title that you are looking for a fixed price, we don´t work that way, we do our best to get the best results on the minimum time, but fixed price for this projects can diminish the results, it may be better to come with sprints and stop whenever you feel comfortable with.

I always say that this is like an iterative process where you stop where you feel comfortable with the results, and of course, we can estimate, but the projects always change in the middle, so it´s best to have the flexibility to do it, in any case, feel free to schedule a time and we can talk.
