I read about your project and I think is very interesting, I´ve built similar processes inside airtable for several different companies (construction, schools, real estate).
About using table2site and miniextensions, I have to add bubble and On2air to the mix, you can see a showcase of bubble-airtable here https://www.notion.so/devblocks/Bubble-Airtable-Showcase-2765cc536c78405a9dc99fd744dd782c
I´m an expert developer so if something gets too difficult I can code the integrations to the API if there is nothing available in zapier.

I´ve just read the title that you are looking for a fixed price, we don´t work that way, we do our best to get the best results on the minimum time, but fixed price for this projects can diminish the results, it may be better to come with sprints and stop whenever you feel comfortable with.
I always say that this is like an iterative process where you stop where you feel comfortable with the results, and of course, we can estimate, but the projects always change in the middle, so it´s best to have the flexibility to do it, in any case, feel free to schedule a time and we can talk.
