Looking for an airtable developer / expert to help figure out a solution to create Adobe InDesign documents auto-populated with airtable data.

Hmm, you're probably looking at PDF exported from InDesign, is that right?  If so, there's a thread on the Make forums about this where the suggested flow is to upload your PDF into a service that helps you put data in it, and then use Make to grab the data from Airtable and populate it

Hey @Simplicius

I can set up a seamless integration between Airtable and Adobe InDesign to auto-populate your documents with live Airtable data. Using automation tools like Make.com or Zapier, I’ll design a workflow to extract the data from Airtable and map it into InDesign templates. This way, generating dynamic documents will be fast, accurate, and fully automated!

Approach:

Airtable Setup :  Organize data fields needed for InDesign templates

Automation Setup :   Use Make/Zapier to connect Airtable to InDesign via cloud-based plugins (like InDesign’s Data Merge or API triggers)

Document Generation Ensure templates dynamically update with data in real-time or on schedule.
