Hey there!
We’re looking for an Airtable Base Builder to join our IT Team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the IT and R&D Departments to build and customize Airtable bases within defined sprint cycles. This position follows a consistent build framework, starting from an existing base template and adapting it to each program’s specific requirements. The ideal candidate has proven experience in Airtable, is detail-oriented, methodical, and comfortable working within established structures while applying problem-solving skills to tailor each system for its intended use.
Key Responsibilities

Build and configure new Airtable bases using the company’s standardized template as a starting point.

Collaborate with the Director of IT and the R&D team to identify differences and necessary adjustments for each base.

Implement formula updates, automations, and minor structural modifications based on program needs.

Conduct testing to verify workflows before deployment.

Document key changes made from the template and communicate them to the IT team for future reference.

Maintain consistency across all bases to ensure uniform reporting, reliability, and scalability.

Work within structured sprint cycles, delivering completed builds on schedule.
Qualifications

Proven experience creating Airtable bases.

Strong understanding of relational database design, formulas, and automations.

Ability to work methodically within templates and established frameworks.

Excellent attention to detail and documentation habits.

Comfortable with testing and troubleshooting within Airtable.

Experience with no-code tools such as Zapier a plus.
