Hiring - Airtable Solutions Consultant (Sydney based- hybrid role)

A global Airtable Gold Partner consultancy helping organisations like Netflix, Disney and Paramount transform the way they work.

We’re looking for an Airtable Solutions Consultant to design, build and deliver intuitive Airtable systems for enterprise teams. You’ll lead workshops, run discovery, translate requirements into clear workflows and build solutions that genuinely improve how people work.

Ideal background:
• Strong Airtable experience with real builds you can talk through
• Three or more years in a client-facing role (consulting, product, ops or similar)
• Confident running discovery and working with multiple stakeholders
• Skilled at simplifying complex problems and designing practical solutions

📍 Location: Sydney (hybrid role)
