I’m in search of a consultant to assist me in creating a client management/fulfillment system that fulfills a few unique needs, including project management. Currently have a Google Sheet I’ve been working from, but am looking for something more organized and robust. My attempts with Airtable thus far have failed, as I’m not familiar with formulas.

I am seeking a developer who can all or some of the following items from my wishlist: • Assign quantities to each linked record within a list of linked records. • Custom reports with custom layouts • Add Orange Color to Field drop down selection (we use specific colors to define our process and Airtable has all the colors we use except for orange) thanks, Rodney

Hello, I run a cabinet manufacturing company. We currently use printed out spreadsheets for everything. I would like a tidy database that could manage our “jobs”. I’ll try to outline how it would work here: We have multiple projects with multiple builders. Each project has multiple plans (Plan 1, Plan 2, Plan 3) Each plan has multiple options (Door 1, 2, 3, Stain color 1, 2, 3, Optional Bath 3, etc.), each with an individual price, for which the price is split up by “material”, “stain”, “prefab door cost”, installation, delivery, tax, etc. For each phase of a project our sales reps will create a “sequence” which is a list of all the houses or “lots” with the associated plan number and all the associated options that were selected. Also for each phase our reps will turn in a “breakdown” that has a tally of all the units for that phase, and all the options for that phase. I would like to speak to a consultant to help me with an idea I have. I’d like to put a “Check your Order on AirTable” link on my WordPress site which, when checked, would prompt user to log on to AirTable and once that’s accomplished, take the customer to a read only view of their orders we populate by us in AirTable. Not sure it can even be done.

We need a developer to create an API to update my orders planning base. I have created an orders planning Base that does everything I want but updating it is a bit of a pain, copying and pasting from a spreadsheet. We’re soon going to start planning a project to take our existing work with Airtable to the next level. We’re tracking a big amount of bases and we need to be able to centralize our operation a bit to save time and, most of all, sanity. We still have to sit down and define the scope of the project but would like to start conversations with professional developers with experience working wth Airtable API who would be interested in working on our project.
