Hello!We are a theatre looking for someone to help us build a database that is conducive with our casting system. This would include a consultation call to go through needs in detail and then time to build the bases.

I am looking to hire an Airtable expert to build a custom base for tracking and managing a suite of community engagement projects and programs for Colorado State University. We have a clear idea of the functions, capabilities, and integrations we are looking for, and the goal includes building a portion that can eventually be public-facing and integrated with our website. We've built the initial airtable database. We've also built the pipedream account with the microsoft onedrives that we want to sync with airtable. We need a person to do the actual integration with pipedream and airtable. I know via the Airtable API this can be done relatively easily, however we don't have in-house capabilities at this time.Looking for someone to assist with this integration.Sananda

I am in search of an AirTable data expert who can help me calculate percentage increases over each month from different records. Hi,Able and willing to pay a consultant for this project:I help writing a few scripts for an airtable base for calculating percentiles within a data set, rather than just average or median - ie 25th and 75th percentile. I need these to be able to recalculate whenever the data is filtered. This is possible in excel with a formula, but not in Airtable.  Secondly, I'd like to be able to integrate this percentile data into an interface - currently I am easily able to show median, average, total sum, total entries, etc. - so I'd like to add percentile calcs alongside these outputs. If you're able to help out here, that'd be awesome. Hi there, I'm looking for a consultant who could help me connect some tables together (all on the same base). I'll describe the situation, and if you're able to do this, please pop me a message! I'm hoping this is the kind of task that won't take too long to link up if you know what you're doing. This is for my business and personal accounting: I have multiple tables for different currency transactions. Each table has a linked 'categories' column with the relevant category (fetched from another table in the base). So let's say we have the 'subscriptions' category. It will have records from multiple tables. From those records, I'd like to do the following: 1. Create a total tally for each category (yearly account balance sheet) 2. Create a monthly tally for each category (this is less important but it would be cool if I could see it in graph format.  Happy to send a video explainer if you're willing to take this on! 

I have a checklist that i want to appear in each new record and would like for that checklist to be used individually from the other records. Could someone guide me on this please?

Greetings,Miracle Flights is a US based national charity that provides free flights to sick kids that need to travel for medical care.  We recently built our Airtable database to enable us to help more families as we're providing over 600 flights each month across the country. I need to restore, or more exactly, copy part of a snapshot into the base we are currently using. I realize Airtable's intented way of restoring is just to go on using the snapshot instead of the latest version, but this is not possible in this case because there are too many extensions, apps and syncs connected to it + we haven't stopped using it .Details and difficulties disclaimer:The base is a very complex BOM with thousands of records made of different combinations of hundreds of records from 4 or 5 other nested tables where all the names/primary records of all those tables are a formula composed of abbreviations of those linked records. What happened is that I lost data from one of the innermost of those nested tables and that changed the formula names of the parent records, so I can't match them to their copy in the snapshot by finding each by name. The record ids in the snapshot are different than the original, so no api or copy paste method that i know about works, not by name

Since yesterday I have been trying to use it but I get the same error message"Sorry, there was a problem creating this field. The options are not valid."I have the fields linked to another table but I don't get why it isn't working.

Hey all, thanks a lot for any help on this… Right now we are manually tracking the performance of TikTok sounds (# creations) and TikTok posts (likes, comments, shares) on AirTable and displaying them on a front-end for our clients on a daily basis. Since this is a manual process, we often miss a day or two in reporting which distorts the results reported on our front-end. In order to feel comfortable putting the front-end app in the hands of our clients at scale I would need to somehow automate the scraping of this data such that I know its going to get recorded every day without fail. Does anyone know how this this type of data scraping works? I am looking to hire a consultant to help us set it up. Thanks a lot for your help.

After spending the entire day trying to figure out on my own, I have decided to employ some help!I have a form setup where my techs can upload info and photos that populate a filtered view. Once the form is submitted, it triggers an email to be sent to my inbox with all of the attached photos. It ONLY works when done on a phone and does not work when the form is completed on a regular browser. If done on a desktop the automation fails. Additionally, when the form is completed on the form, only some of the photos are attached in the automated email. The end goal here is to then take this email and have PowerAutomate or Zappier to load it into my OneDrive.Thanks,Ben

Hey everyone, I’m having trouble creating an employee scheduling base that has the functionality I’m looking for. Our company is a delivery service, and services close to 50 regions. For each region, there is at least one “opener” and one to two “closers”. The functionality I’m looking for: Be able to create weekly schedules by assigning employees to region shifts on specific dates Display employees in each shift based on their availability Have the ability to account for “call-outs”, which will be submitted through a form Have an easy UI for managers to create the schedule for each week The biggest problem I have run into is the date functionality, as there is no way I see to create a “week start date” function and have the rest of the week populate like in excel. This is also an issue with row/column management for me. I’m looking for someone to go over all of this for me, and either give guidance on how to do it take it over completely. Hello, we are looking for a simple inventory management base that computes runway times for parts and sub assemblies. Pretty small in scope.
