A nonprofit community health center in New York City is seeking an experienced Airtable consultant to support our nonprofit healthcare organization in setting up and optimizing Airtable for use across all elements of our organization. We want a system that will help us streamline operations, improve reporting, and coordinate more effectively across departments and programs.

Scope of Work:

• Assess organizational needs across all departments, including:
  • Clinical & Behavioral Health Services
  • Community Outreach & Patient Navigation
  • Grants & Contracts Management
  • Finance & Administration
  • Human Resources
  • Operations & Facilities
• Design and build Airtable bases that support these functions while maintaining an integrated, easy-to-use structure.
• Set up integrations, automations, and user-friendly dashboards to reduce duplication and improve efficiency.
• Train staff across teams with varying levels of technical expertise, ensuring consistent use and adoption.
• Provide clear documentation of the system setup and recommendations for scaling and long-term sustainability.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience setting up and customizing Airtable for complex organizations, preferably in healthcare or nonprofit settings.
• Strong understanding of database design, workflow automation, and reporting systems.
• Ability to translate diverse organizational needs into a unified, streamlined platform.
• Experience training and supporting staff across multiple departments (HR, finance, outreach, clinical, etc.).
• Familiarity with nonprofit operations, healthcare data tracking, and grant reporting (preferred).

Timeline & Deliverables: This is a short-term consulting project, with clear deliverables for system setup, staff training, and documentation. The consultant may have opportunities for ongoing support depending on organizational needs.
