I’m creating an Airtable base to manage my digital agency, it currently helps us track the profitability of our Projects (Hours estimated, hours used, budget estimated, budget used, etc)

The next step is to build something that can take these estimates for our projects and drive out a capacity forecast. We need some assistance with rolling up the hours estimated between the start and end dates for our projects, allocating those hours to our employees, and then visualizing how much capacity they have vs how many hours they have been assigned to.

It’s just too complex for me to figure out on my own, being new to Airtable.
