Looking for database expert for new research project

I’m working on an international study of the environmental and social impacts of urban agriculture that involves creating a digital platform for farmers and researchers in five cities to contribute data on farm design and operations. I’m seeking a part time (up to 19 hours/week) research assistant to create an Airtable database from a list of metrics that we intend to measure. The research assistant should have experience designing and launching relational databases and have specific expertise with Airtable. NYC-based is preferred, though remote work will be considered.
