Looking for Remote Expert to Help me Structure and Build Simple Custom CRM

I am in need of some help with airtable - I wish to create a simple custom CRM with airtable for tracking leads, campaigns and sales.

I have the basics figured out but need help with simplifying and structuring base.

It’s a sort of a student project so my funds are limited. All help greatly appreciated.
