I want to create a table that matches waivers (from Jotform) and money transactions (from Square) to show a client has checked in and checked out, to verify payout for the tattoo artist who worked with them. From my limited knowledge of Zapier and other programs I have used I think this is possible but I haven't used airtable before and I am trying to get something set up before the new year and the learning curve is too much for me to figure it out right now. Is something like this possible? And can anyone get it up and running for a one time cost? Thanks!

If all you're looking to know is if it's possible, then yes, it is. Whatever functions you need that tools like Zapier can't do, can be done with simple/inexpensive scripting.
Given how Airtable's forms are growing, you might not even need Jotform.
