Need help creating invoices from current CRM with mutli rate option

Hello There.
Our concierge organizing and moving company can’t seem to find industry software to give us what we need for invoicing so we are looking to integrate more into Airtable which solves 99% of all of our business problems.

I see invoicing templates but do not have the time to figure out the setup of said templates to use along our service process.

Looking for a consultant that is interested in such a project.
