I’m unsure if I can be of assistance but I’d love to understand the transformation requirements before I claim to be able to assist.

My expertise is data integration and transformation with technologies in NoSQL, PostGreSQL, real-time data streams, JSON-to-XML transforms, Firebase, Microsoft Azure, etc. The largest database I ever reformatted was for Intel (4 trillion records) and the smallest was an Azure datastream of just 8 records (the catch was it was encrypted and contained 200,000 external references).
