We’re looking for a form that takes:
For 1, we hope to link to a table of promo codes that we generate (e.g. WJN103 etc). The user would have won a prize and be sent the code and url to the form to enter the code. The form needs to validate that the code they enter into the form is one from the table.
2, we also need their email address to get in contact with them to redeem the prize.

If the code field is a Link to Another Record type, users can select from items in your table (and it will be prefilled if you follow the example above) and users won’t be able to input something that isn’t an official code
