Seeking consultant to create brand asset management database

I am searching for a consultant who can create a database of multimedia assets (photos, images, videos, written documents, story leads, etc.). The goal is to be able to quickly find assets based on type of media, geography, date, and a few other criteria. We need to start this work in November and it must be finished by March 2018.
