Seeking strategy/ execution for small NGO

Main goals are to track the following:

1. People looking for grants from us and their history
2. People offering to volunteer and their history doing so with us
3. People who have donated (how much, when, how many times total, average, via what program/ promotion)
4. Grants we’ve applied for
5. Who to follow up with next
6. Event/ marketing planning
7. Anything I’m missing. :slightly_smiling_face:

FYI: Our NGO is GROWfound.org. We provide grants to individuals and groups doing research, prevention, and treatment of addiction in all its forms.
