Hi! If you're looking for a step-by-step guide on integrating DocuSign with Airtable, this article might be helpful: How to set up docusign airtable integration. It breaks down the process into easy-to-follow steps.
Hi @gaexsz
I recently created a YouTube video walking people through how to send and request signatures for documents inside of DocuSign. You can view it here.
I personally did not find a lot of documentation around how to use DocuSign inside of Make.com, which is why I created the video. Had I had someone show me beforehand, it would have saved me hours of trial and error.
The video does almost all of what you’re looking to do, except grabbing the attachment once it’s signed and reuploading to Airtable. However, I am familiar with how to do that, it’s best if first store the document on a separate cloud storage (Box, Google Drive, etc.) and then upload it from their or upload the URL to an Airtable URL field.
Hope this helps!
As others have mentioned above, your best bet for this sort of integration is to use Make’s DocuSign integrations along with Make’s Airtable integrations.
Sergei and Paul have created great instructions for you to follow in their links above.
However, if you’re not already locked into DocuSign forever, I would highly recommend checking out other eSignature apps, because every other eSignatures app is a million times easier to setup, configure, and maintain than DocuSign — and the other eSignatures apps are much cheaper, too.
For example, my #1 favorite eSignatures app that I use with most of my clients is eSignatures — it is incredibly easy to setup & use.
Also, lots of people are thrilled with SignNow, so that’s another one to check out.
But Make natively supports 48 different eSignature apps, and if you happen to find one that isn’t natively supported, you can still use Make’s HTTP module to communicate with it.
If you’ve never used Make before, I’ve assembled a bunch of Make training resources in this thread. For example, here is one of the ways that you could instantly trigger a Make automation from Airtable.
I also give live demonstrations of how to use Make in many of my Airtable podcast appearances. For example, in this video, I show how to work with Airtable arrays in Make.
Hope this helps!
