We're looking for someone special to join our team - someone who gets why builders love Airtable and can help more people discover what's now possible with our AI features.

If you're the person who jumps into threads with working demos when someone asks "is this possible?", who gets genuinely excited when you figure out a clever automation, and who believes AI should make builders more powerful (not replace them) - we should talk.

What you'd actually be doing:

  • Living in communities like this one, r/Airtable, BuiltOnAir Slack, and wherever else builders hang out
  • Creating those "wait, you can do THAT?" moments with demos and tutorials
  • Being the bridge between what builders need and what our AI can do
  • Turning skeptics into believers through actual working examples (not just promises)

This isn't a corporate evangelism role - it's about authentic engagement with folks like all of you! You'd also be working with our Academy team, and most importantly, being genuinely helpful in the wild.

The technical stuff:

  • Need established presence on Reddit + 2 other platforms minimum
  • Should be comfortable creating platform-native content (Reddit posts that feel like Reddit, YouTube videos that work on YouTube, etc.)

Hi Nate, thanks for sharing this opportunity! This role really resonates with me because I’m passionate about helping others unlock what’s possible with Airtable. I’ve been building and sharing workflows, automations, and creative use cases that often lead to those “wait, you can do THAT?” moments.

I’m active in multiple communities, including Reddit, LinkedIn, and YouTube, where I create platform-native content such as tutorials, demos, and walkthroughs. I also enjoy jumping into discussions to provide working solutions that help builders be more confident and productive.

What excites me most about this role is the chance to bridge the gap between what builders need and what Airtable’s AI can do — and to show, through real examples, how AI can empower rather than replace.
