Ability to restrict linked records to ones that appear in a specific view

It would be amazing if we could restrict linking records to only ones that appear in a specific view, and also if we could disable creating new records if one wasn’t found.

    +1 for me! I know in form view this is restricted, but of course you can’t add records to restricted tables anyway. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

    I think this relates to the need for more granular permission on the table level, rather than the entire base.
